Why This, Why Now
Why This, Why Now
You're not done
making a difference.
You've spent years shaping Black children's lives — and your impact isn't over. Whether you've stepped out of the classroom or you're still doing the work every day, your expertise is needed here.
Culture Keepers™ is a unique opportunity for Black educators to guide children through identity-building work that lasts a lifetime. Delivered live, online, directly into the home, it's meaningful, structured, culturally grounded work — and a chance to earn extra income doing what you were called to do.

Why "Culture Keeper"
A name that means
what you actually do.
"A teacher delivers a lesson. A Culture Keeper protects something."
Every Culture Keeper carries forward what too many classrooms leave out — the names, the roots, the genius, the resilience, the joy of being Black. You are not running a program. You are guarding something precious in a 45-minute room, once a week, for 8 weeks, until it belongs permanently to the child sitting in front of you.
That is what generations of Black educators have always done. "Culture Keeper" is what that work has always been — and as a Certified Identity Journey™ Educator,
it's now a role you can be trained, credentialed, and trusted to carry.
The Opportunity
One role. One clear fee.
No guesswork.
As a Certified Identity Journey™ Educator, you deliver the full 8-week program to a cohort of children. Simple, flat, and transparent.

Is This You ?
Who becomes a Culture Keeper.

✓ This is you if
-
You spent a career — or part of one — teaching Black children
-
You're retired, currently teaching, or somewhere in between
-
You believe identity is something children build, not something they're handed
-
You have a laptop, a webcam, and time to give fully — whether 1 cohort or 6
-
You can hold a room of 8–12 year olds with warmth and authority at the same time
-
You want income from work you'd do for free
— This is not for you if
-
You want to write your own curriculum — Culture Keepers deliver the Identity Journey™ curriculum, with full voice inside it
-
You are uncomfortable with live video delivery
-
You cannot commit to a consistent weekly time slot across 8 weeks per cohort
-
You are looking for passive income — this role requires real, present teaching
The Path to Certification (How it works)
From application
to your first cohort.

Looking Ahead
This is year one.
It grows from here.
After the Test Market
Cohorts 1 - 4 are our test-and-learn phase... proving the program works before we scale it. After that, we're opening a subscription model where you build your own practice, keeping all your tuition beyond a low monthly subscription platform fee. As a Founding Culture Keeper , you get first access and priority placement before the model opens to anyone else.
" If we don't intentionally teach our children who
they are… the world will. Culture Keepers are who I
trust to do the teaching."
